What is Morning Flow

Rise & Shine yoga flow is designed to wake up the body and mind, it is perfect for Yogis looking for a fabulous way to start the morning.
We will flow from one pose to the next using the breath, we’ll open hips and shoulders, stretch out the body and focus the mind, starting with some energizing poses to lift energy levels, ending with relaxation to welcome the day with grace and gratitude.
