The Villa
Industrial yet charming interior with rustic wood fitting.
Epoxy flooring on ground floor, wooden/laminate flooring on first floor.
3 treatment rooms, shop gallery, and reception area on the ground floor.
Two large rooms plus lockers and shower rooms on the first floor.
The Villa building hosts a laundry room and a commercially fitted kitchen with their own private entrances.
The kitchen also opens to the exotic backyard lush green garden
Front Tent
Separate working space that was rebuilt with bamboo walls that can be used as a management office, co-working space, or a meeting room.
Entrance and Walkway
The entrance is from the corner of an open car parking space, resulting in a quiet ambience since the villa does not overlook any main or side road from any direction. The entrance comes with a fairy-like swing surrounded by green shrubs, trees and potted plants. The hallway to the backyard area is serene and builds the excitement and anticipation, literally a gateway to a surprise magical garden for any first-time visitors!
Magical Garden
The beating heart and breathing lungs of the premise! This garden has matured over the span of 6 years with green climbers that reached the rooftop of the villa and trees from all around that make you forget that you are in the heart of Dubai! Decorated and furnished using authentic and rustic solid wood shipped from overseas creating a very unique and earthy ambience like no other in the city.
Regularly maintained and manicured by a gardening team and fitted with underground irrigation system and weather proof speakers making exceptional for private functions, exclusive gatherings or a public seating area for cafe guests.
Rolling bamboo shades were installed to compliment the two fixed pergolas to offer shade over the full garden area without compromising on the outdoorsy vibes.
Indoor Cafe
State of the art indoor cafe space with original modern rustic touch and interior decor. The Cafe area hosts over 60 people in its current setup which can also be reconfigured and adjusted easily. It also comes with a compact yet very efficient barista counter and a wall-size book library with hundreds of books on its shelves. Sliding glass walls ensure the space soaks up enough sun and exposes the guests to garden vibes making it an exceptional experience to be indoors yet with an outdoor feel!
Wellness Events
Serving as Dubai’s most exotic holistic event venue, SEVA Experience is designed to accommodate a variety of independent projects such as small or large-scale wellness events, intimate workshops, community meetings, educational programs, and lively celebrations. Events may be held inside the group studio spaces upstairs and/or utilizing the magic of the outdoors, and include complete catering options.
