A Deeper Exploration of Yin
This immersive Yin Yoga Teacher Training is designed for teachers, practitioners, and wellness professionals seeking a deeper understanding of the body, mind, and energetic systems through the lens of Yin Yoga.
Over five transformative days, you will explore the science behind Yin practice, gaining practical knowledge of fascia, connective tissue, joint health, and the functional principles that make Yin Yoga both effective and accessible. Rather than focusing on external alignment, you will learn how to adapt postures to honour the unique anatomy of each individual.
Through experiential learning and guided practice, you will develop the skills to create classes that support:
Greater mobility and joint health
Improved circulation and tissue hydration
Stress relief and emotional balance
Regulation of the nervous system
Deep rest and recovery
The training also introduces key concepts from Traditional Chinese Medicine, including meridian pathways, organ systems, and energetic balance. You will discover how Yin postures can be thoughtfully applied to support vitality, resilience, and overall well-being.
Alongside technical knowledge, this training emphasizes the art of teaching Yin. You will cultivate the qualities that define an exceptional Yin instructor: presence, patience, compassionate observation, and the ability to create a safe space for profound personal exploration.
