It can be used for self-awareness and intimacy with the world. One of the beauties of Kundalini Yoga is that you can experience the benefits in a very short time. It takes you away from the chatter of daily life to a place where you can experience real freedom and stillness.

What is Gonging

Gonging will shower the body with waves of vibrations beyond what the ear registers as sound, harmonizing the body on a cellular level.
