Gentle flow classes will help you to maximize your stretches while bringing awareness to your breath. Classes will move at a slightly slower pace and will focus on gently stretching and focusing on various parts of the body. These classes are perfect for beginners as they will safely help you explore your range of motion without any strain and reap the maximum benefits of the stretches.

Pranayama is another aspect of one’s yoga practice. This is the practise of breath control. Through these breathing exercises learn to connect your breath with your mind and body. It helps reduce stress levels, improve quality of sleep, improve and increase mindfulness. The benefits of this practice are vast and a must.
