Rebirthing Venus:
This series spanning from the end of January until the end of August explores Venus in her descent through the Venus Gates - the activation of our Chakras from the Crown Chakra, down through the Third Eye, Throat, Heart, Solar Plexus, Sacral, and Root chakras. Each month we will gather to explore the astrological energies impacting our own body, and through ceremony, intention, movement, kriya, asana, Rebirthing Breathwork, and sound healing we will open, release, cleanse and clear our spiritual body in preparation to fully receive Venus's illuminations and activations. Each of us has our own unique relationship to Venus's energies within us, and at this time of Feminine Rebirth and Healing, this profound opportunity to understand our Venus cycle arrives as a gift from the celestial bodies above to our own spiritual, emotional, and physical Beings - to attune, align, release, and heal.
Please note that Rebirthing Breathwork can be very intense and deep, we recommend that you do not eat for up to 4 hours prior to the Rebirthing Practices. Integration and sound healing is offered along with sharing and somatic resourcing so that all Beings may feel consolidated, expanded, and safe in this container.
Rebirthing Venus - The Gate of Compassion
On the 27th of April 2022, Venus descends in her Morning Star phase at 23 degrees of Pisces, from the throat chakra into the Heart. Venus in her watery depth of loving and sensitive Pisces opens within us a depth of gratitude, connection, and spirituality into the deeply loving Heart space we all hold within. This is a powerful and important moment to activate the depth of The Gate of Compassion - and reclaim the tender powers of the Heart connected in surrender. Venus teaches us how to be with the sensual and fluid energies of deeply feeling, and to assist her journey through our Heart Chakra, The Gate of Compassion, for the month of May we will activate, prepare and attune the heart chakra in deep ceremony, with mantra, kriyas, somatic movement, and Rebirthing Breathwork, followed by deep sharing, reflecting, and sound healing. This is a moment to be remembered, held, and cherished as we meet within the Watery Heart of Compassion with Venus's deep guidance to Rebirth from our wounding, and live through courageous vulnerability and softening. Please arrive on time, do not eat in the hours before the Rebirthing practice, and drink plenty of Water.

About EVA LOUISE WILLIAMS
Eva Louise Williams is a healer and teacher with over a decade of experience in bodywork, energy work, and female sexual cultivation techniques. She began her journey at 18 learning reiki and pranic healing, before becoming initiated into Kriya yoga (the lineage of Babaji) at 20. In her early 20’s she studies shiatsu, somatics and oriental therapies culminating in her certification in Japanese Acupuncture. She has been following the yogic and Taoist path of feminine sexual cultivation techniques through mentorship and lineage since she was 21 years old and began teaching others these techniques at 26. She has over 10,000 hours experience as a bodyworker and teacher, and is also a doula, a birth educator, and a RYT 500 in tantric hatha and kundalini lineages, while also currently undertaking her Doctor of Osteopathy. She founded Golden Lotus in 2017 with the aim to educated and share knowledge around the female body as a vessel and Temple. Golden Lotus was founded to both serve and lead female seekers towards awakening and remembering Self love & trust. Golden Lotus Yoga is a series of teachings which cultivate spiritual and sovereign embodiment. The focus lies in stabilising, purifying, and awakening through ancient techniques and spiritual secrets taught in a state of Holy full-body Prayer.
