Following the success of our inaugural Reiki Training, we are pleased to welcome the second generation of this immersive training experience.
The Practice
Reiki is a simple practice of working with attention through the hands. It supports rest, regulation, and clarity in the body.
Reiki Level 1 introduces the foundations of the practice and how to work with it for yourself and for others. The emphasis is not performance or belief.
This training includes the traditional Reiki attunement and the basic structure of giving and receiving Reiki.
By the end of the program, you will have the tools to begin a personal Reiki practice and offer sessions to others.
Day 1
Preparing the System
Introduction to the energetic maps used in Reiki, including chakras and energy pathways.
Through simple movement, breath, and guided attention, participants begin sensing how energy moves through the body.
You will also be introduced to self-Reiki and basic spot treatment.
Focus: preparing the system for attunement and practice.
Day 2
Reiki Attunement
Participants receive the Reiki Level 1 attunement.
This traditional step opens the channel for working with Reiki energy.
Following the attunement, we practice the basic structure of a Reiki session and work with attention through the hands.
The day concludes with shared practice in a Reiki circle.
Focus: receiving the attunement and learning the foundations of offering Reiki.
Preparation instructions will be shared in advance.
Day 3
Practice & Integration
The final day focuses on repetition and integration.
Participants learn the standard hand positions for self-Reiki and begin establishing a personal practice.
We also explore how to offer Reiki sessions to others with clarity and care.
The training closes with group practice and reflection.
Focus: developing confidence in the practice.
