This menu was inspired by honoring the land and the Holy Month of Ramadan while adding infusions of the three chefs’ roots – Venezuela and India – as well as the places around the world they have visited.

Join us for a night of good music and food for the soul with an Art Workshop and live music by Cosmic Roots - Cosmic Roots taps into the universal energy from above, and mother earth's healing powers from below combing this powerful healing blend and extending it to all beings in the universe. Using tribal and harmonic vibrations to rejuvenate the audience, Cosmic Roots encourages healing and inner journeying.

About The Chefs
Chef Kiki merged her passion for cooking with her constant search for a healthier, fuller life closer to her roots. For more than 10 years she has been creating vibrant dishes that fill our bellies, draw a smile and make us feel more alive. She had her own healthy coffee shop in Venezuela and was a Chef at SEVA Table and now she is the Head Chef at Root'D, a meal plan by Freakin’ Healthy.
Chef Priyansh is a self-taught low-waste vegan chef who has hosted multiple popups all over Dubai in the past year. His inspired, experiential menus display his love for food, culture, conversation, music, and theatre. Priyansh wishes to create one-of-a-kind popups that put vegan cuisine at the forefront of Dubai's food scene. He uses his Instagram @theprunchkitchen to teach people how to cook and live more sustainably.
Chef Shipra's love of holistic plant-based cuisine, combined with years of research, studying Ayurveda, and passionate experimentation in kitchens around the globe has led the former lawyer and founder of Sage Plant-Based Kitchen to make her passion for food her work. Food for her is joy, laughter, and togetherness. It is both meditation and creating art.
