Black and green olives, coconut yogurt and spinach dip, creamy beetroot hummus, roasted eggplant mousse, and nuts mix served alongside gluten-free pita bread, oat bread, dates, and apricots.

Moroccan-inspired harira soup made of chickpeas, lentils, and tomato, infused with aromatic saffron and cinnamon, topped with coriander and parsley.

Tofu marinated in homemade harissa made of roasted bell pepper and dry chili, infused with rose water & rose petals, served with zesty creamy quinoa.

Soy milk-based mozzarella layered with crunchy vermicelli made of gluten-free and corn flour, topped with pistachios and rose petals, and soaked in a sugar syrup made of coconut sugar, cacao butter, vanilla, and a drop of maple syrup. Served alongside a scoop of our homemade pistachio ice cream.
