The Experience
Introduction class to Kriya Nidra Yoga includes several Kriya practices which oxygenate and rejuvenate the brain and spinal energy centres through the practice of Silence, Mantra, Pranayama and mental control of breath.
The concentration towards to the breath and awareness in this session, will contribute towards the purification of senses and mind. This has positive effects for the immune system.
The final part of the session will include Yoga Nidra which is highly relaxed, and a systematic gateway between sleep and wakefulness. This has profound benefits for the nervous system and endocrine system.

Sam is a certified Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master and published Author with a passion for wellness, and transformation.
