  • Week 1 – INTAKE & ORIENTATION: Your Rhythm, Your Life

    “Start where you are. Say the line that speaks to you.”

    • Deep-dive intake: health, history, energy levels, menstrual rhythms, goals

    • Lifestyle alignment: calendar, schedule, sleep, nourishment, priorities

    • Set up your physical space, your tools, and your support system

    • Begin morning practice, your own sadhana + habit tracking tools

     This week sets your personalized path.

    Week 2 – DISCIPLINE & DEVOTION

    “Discipline is self-respect in action.”

    • Understanding sacred structure vs control

    • Time blocking, habit anchoring, and nervous system support

    • The link between devotion and inner freedom

    • Simple routines for energy, presence, and follow-through

    Includes journaling framework + morning ritual design

    Week 3 – JOURNALING & THE INNER WITNESS

    “Clarity comes after the action. Not before.”

    • Learning how to use writing as a compass

    • Building a self-reflection rhythm: weekly questions, intention mapping

    • Uncovering patterns through your own words

    • Building internal dialogue rooted in trust, not self-doubt

    Week 4 – WOMB & BODY CONNECTION

    • Understanding womb cycles, energy shifts, and hormonal flow

    • At-home yoni steaming practice & herbal wisdom

    • How to sync your productivity, emotions & rest with your body

    • Creating rituals of listening, not controlling

    Week 5 – HEALTH & NOURISHMENT

    “My peace is not for sale. My vitality is not negotiable.”

    • Whole body wellness practices

    • Simple anti-inflammatory eating principles

    • Nervous system health, rest, hydration, and detox rhythms

    • How to set boundaries with overstimulation and poor habits

     Includes meal timing tools, holistic supplements, and grounding food tips

    Week 6 – OBSTACLES AS INITIATION

    “What if this wasn’t in the way, but the way?”

    • Identifying your self-sabotage cycles

    • Ritual for clearing what no longer serves: relationships, beliefs, habits

    • Energetic cutting ties (Andean-inspired guided release)

    • Reflection on past challenges as training, not punishment

    Week 7 – PRESENCE & ATTENTION

    • Digital detox, mindful moments, breath as anchor

    • Creating space in your day, and guarding it like treasure

    • Rituals for staying grounded when life is full

    Includes practices to reset overstimulation + cultivate presence

    Week 8 – INTEGRATION & COMMUNICATION

    • Designing your long-term routine and rhythm

    • Learning conscious communication: reflection, pause, emotional literacy

    • Speaking your needs without guilt or collapse

    • Creating relational rituals for friends, family, or partner
