Therapeutic Coaching
“Trauma created in a relationship can be healed in another relational space when safety, curiosity and compassion are present.”
Gabor Maté
This session offers a safe and supportive space where the coach and client engage in a compassionate inquiry into the present moment. By combining mindfulness with the somatic-based approach developed by Dr. Gabor Mate called Compassionate Inquiry®, we can gently uncover and release layers of childhood trauma, suppressed emotion, and constriction that may be causing physical illness, addiction, dysfunctional attachments, stress, depression, and anxiety.
Our goal is to co-create a safe environment where you can learn how to connect with your body in the present moment, fostering a body-mind integration experience that can lead to profound inner healing.
This approach is suitable for anyone over 18 years of age who would like to:
Deepen their present-moment awareness
Gain a better understanding of their emotions, somatic state, and beliefs
Heal from past trauma in a gentle way
Learn techniques for self-regulation
Befriend their nervous system
Experience safety within themselves
Understand their behavioral patterns and coping strategies
Explore the origin of their emotional and physical pain
Work with triggers and build resilience
Develop self-compassion for all parts of themselves
Discover the wisdom in their trauma and use it for growth
Accept what has happened to them
Experience freedom from reactivity and limiting beliefs
Build their capacity to feel and experience emotions
Connect with their inner child
Experience the Compassionate Inquiry approach
Reconnect with their true self
Celebrate the possibilities that lie within them
Become comfortable with their vulnerability
In this safe and supportive environment, Michelle will guide you toward a deeper understanding of yourself and your experiences, and ultimately, help you find inner peace, acceptance, and healing.
