Nir Levi Method with Nir Levi
Our body remembers what our conscious mind forgot.
The Nir Levi Method Sessions are based on one of the oldest healing arts in the world: the art of Anma. Based on the philosophy of Taoism, the model of “Yin and Yang” and the Chinese “5 elements theory”, the practice of Anma originated in China 5000 years ago.
Nir connected this venerable knowledge and the modern understanding of human behavior in our current era, creating the 5 Elements Body Reading System. He managed to form a very unique and efficient line of treatment that takes care of all human necessities. There are only a few therapists worldwide that are practicing this method at the highest level.
In the full-body physical work part of this system, Nir Levi uses different kinds of stimulation techniques on the Qi points, which are located along the body meridians, as well as a large variety of exercises and stretches on all parts of the body. The aim of the work is to stimulate the Qi points, release muscle tension, and create energy movement in the body meridians for better blood and Qi circulation, to unlock the body's ability to heal itself.
This bodywork can be used as a preventive therapy, or to treat problems such as headaches, colds, asthma, numbness in the body, high and low blood pressure, digestive problems, breathing problems, gynecological problems, insomnia, and sexual difficulties.
The emotional part of the method focuses on
Our Blockages
The human body is like a mirror that reflects our internal emotional and physical state. We can distinguish the external expression of internal blockages by thoroughly observing each other.
How is a blockage generated in the body?
The body receives an external stimulation which creates a sensation. This sensation transforms into a need. The need is converted into a feeling, which then creates an impulse.
This is a natural energetic process that happens each time the body is receiving simulations. The impulse that comes at the end of this process is the need to give an answer to this primer stimulation. It has real energetic power.
Humans can deal with that impulse in two ways:
1. Expression as a reaction to this impulse.
2. Oppression, as an absence of reaction to this impulse.
The expression is naturally continuing the process, releasing energy and creating a flow. The oppression is stopping the energetic process. It’s like saying the word “no”: it creates a blockage that generates deaths in places where it appears. An energetic blockage is very powerful: it is equal to a vein or an artery blockage. The blockage will create damage to body tissues, and eventually create the disease.
Humans must express themselves to help the immune system prevent diseases. There is no disease in nature, only sick people. The disease is part of the human personality, and it has been created in the body as a consequence of the oppression that the human has accumulated in his life. These blockages create the molds of life: those molds are what humans identify as themselves.
When a newborn baby feels in danger, he gets into survival mode and starts accumulating blockages. The ability of this baby to create connections with society later in his life will be determined by these first hours of life, by the level of the blockages he has built in order to survive.
There are three levels of blockages:
1. Physical: Muscles and tendon blockages.
2. Energetic: Internal organs and circulation blockages.
3. Emotional: Heart and feelings blockages.
The natural tendency of humans is to protect their blockages: since we cohabitated with them from our early childhood, they have shaped our lives, and it can be hard to let go and step into the unknown.
This protection diminishes the ability of the immune system to prevent diseases. We all have an infinite healing potential within us, but in order to unlock it, we need to let go of our tendency to protect our blockages and walk the way toward healing.
