Join us for SEVA TABLE MESA: Sabor a Summer, a 6-course fine dining supper club inspired by the flavors, memories, and warmth of Latin summer. Each dish is a nostalgic nod to the kitchens we grew up in — reimagined with Chef Kiki Alvarez’s signature sazón and soulful creativity.

What is MESA?
MESA—the Spanish word for “table”—was born from a simple yet profound idea: sharing a meal with strangers who soon become friends. Guided by Chef Kiki Alvarez’s creative vision, each meticulously crafted dish takes guests on a culinary odyssey, evoking heartfelt memories, emotions, and the rich flavors of her Venezuelan homeland, as well as the captivating spirit of Peru.
Who is Chef Kiki?
Born by Lake Maracaibo, Venezuela, her love for cooking began when she baked her first bread at 13.
Her journey took her from small cafés to co-owning a spot in Mérida, refining her craft in Dubai at a Latin American restaurant, and later transforming the kitchen at SEVA Table.

Sabor a Summer was dreamed up in honor of those moments — fleeting, fragrant, and full of flavor. It’s for those of us who grew up where food wasn’t just nourishment — it was storytelling, it was care, it was culture. Where supper didn’t start with a timer, it started with a song — a rhythm in the kitchen, a hum in the heart.
MESA has always been a space to gather, to share, to remember. This edition is a celebration of summer as we know it: sticky, sun-drenched, soulful. From the coasts of La Guaira to the hills of Cali, we’re bringing together dishes that carry memories and laughter that lingers long after the last bite.
