Eda is the co-founder of SEVA Experience. She leads a holistic wellness space offering yoga, meditation, workshops, and private treatments with world-class facilitators. Eda is certified in Kundalini Yoga, Reiki, Theta Healing, Pilates & Barre. Eda's passion lies in exploring the boundless nature of humanity.
She is also Nir Levi Method Bodywork Therapist, and has been practicing Sound Healing, Sufi Meditations, energy healing and systematic constellations for several years - something that paved her venture as a living layer and continues as her expression and passion respond to the new frequencies she tunes into as her quest continues.

Absolutely! Solo travelers will have the best time, meeting new people and dipping in and out as they please. Our motto is: come as strangers, leave as best friends!

100%. We will always schedule downtime in our daily itinerary for you to read a book or chill by the pool. This is YOUR retreat and you can always take the time off between activities to hit the town or go on a little solo exploration. Our hosts are experts in the local area, so if you’d like any recommendations or suggestions, just ask anybody on the SEVA team - we will be happy to assist.

All the food served at the retreat is guaranteed to be 100% plant-based, delicious, soulful, gluten-free, cane sugar-free, and GMO-free, curated by private SEVA Chef Kiki. Chef Kiki is a plant-based chef that has dedicated more than ten years researching and learning all about health and how to achieve holistic health.

All fitness levels are welcome. You don’t need any prior yoga experience to take part in the retreat. Our experienced facilitators are well prepared to cater the sessions to all fitness levels, working around any injuries and limitations you may have.

Your retreat begins at 6 pm on Day 1 of the retreat, and ends after breakfast/brunch, around 11 am on the last day of the retreat.

Yes, you are responsible for booking your own flight. Each trip will have suggested arrival and departure details based on when we know you need to be at the airport. You can always send us the itinerary before booking if you want us to double-check it!

The weather in May in Crete is circa 24 degrees celsius during the day and around 14 degrees during the night. Make sure you pack warm clothes for the night and light clothes for the day, including swimming wear, sunscreen, shampoo, conditioner, and toiletries.
