This Thursday night, she’s offering a free community session and sharing her signature Somatic Stress Release class.

Somatic Stress Release

Our bodies store emotional wounds and past traumas, often showing up as chronic stress, anxiety, or emotional overactivity.

This session activates a natural tremor mechanism in the psoas (the muscle linked to fear and safety), gently shaking off stress and releasing old tension, without needing to talk about it or recall memories.

Originally developed as PTSD therapy for the US Army, this simple lying-down practice brings deep relaxation and a lasting sense of calm. You’ll also learn powerful techniques to continue the practice at home for long-term benefits.

Wear comfortable, loose, or stretchable clothing to move and relax freely.
