This workshop intensive offers a focused space to meet a recurring personal pattern with curiosity, steadiness, and embodied attention. Rooted in Forrest Yoga principles, the practice uses breath, repetition, and intelligent sequencing to bring habitual responses into awareness, without judgment, pressure, or force.
The session begins with Alternate Nostril Breathing to settle and balance the nervous system, then unfolds into a deliberately paced sequence emphasizing core awareness, hip and shoulder traction, and progressive backbending. Clear call-and-response cueing and optional variations support a wide range of bodies and experience levels.
Rather than attempting to fix or override patterns, the practice invites listening. Insight arises through presence, not effort. Participants leave with practical tools for meeting familiar habits with greater clarity, choice, and self-trust, on and off the mat.

Bianca Hanika is an internationally certified yoga teacher and the founder of the Bianca Hanika Yoga Academy. With over a decade of teaching experience across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, she weaves together Ana Forrest Yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Ayurveda, Meditation, and Yoga Therapy to create a real and elevated approach to well-being.
