October Rosa, Awareness on Breast Cancer Day at SEVA Experience

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a month to spread awareness of the importance of a healthy lifestyle to fight and prevent the disease. We decided to make it an open house. Bring your friends and join us for a day full of classes, Nutrition talk, meditation, flow, and movement.

All our pop-up classes on coming Thursday, October 20th are donation-based and all of them are suitable for everybody! We aim to spread awareness by providing you with information and the power to keep yourself healthy!


The Schedule

Sound Healing with Mikaella

08:30am to 09:30am

We journey together to beautiful realms of inspiration and transformation, with the angels and the masters of light, and we are guided to let go of and release our deeply disempowering patterns and unresolved akashic records that block and hold us without true peace and plenty and power. We offer up and release our stress and struggle, and our lives are supported to shift and become more balanced and peaceful and fulfilled.

 

Pink Talk with Lana: Food as Medicine (location: SEVA Table)

10:00am to 11:00am

Join Lana Almulla, nutritional therapist, for an engaging and interactive talk on food as a medicine. In light of breast cancer awareness month, we will explore both preventative and remedial measures using the latest research in nutrition science. In this talk you will learn:

  • How to eat to beat the disease

  • Body's different defense systems and how to support them

  • Which foods in the latest research science have been shown to reduce the risks of breast cancer and which foods to avoid

  • How nutrition can support the body and immune system alongside conventional treatment


Energizing Flow with Eleonore

11:30 am to 12:30 pm

The best way to get where you are going is to feel good along the way. and that's a practice that starts with you. On your mat, your space, your time.

Flow guided with a deep breath and easy-going natural movement. Slow down, soften and connect to how you feel, and with your body

Powerful Pink Flow with Sabrina

02:00pm to 3:00pm

Power Yoga is an intensive and upbeat style of yoga that promotes strength and cardiovascular health. Unlike other yoga styles, Power yoga is fast-paced and focused on increasing heart rate to burn calories, improve circulation, and build muscle. The effects of Power yoga last after the session by increasing the basal metabolic rate resulting in continuous fat burning even while you sleep. Despite the intensity of the class, Power yoga still relies on traditional yoga poses which promote joint, bone, and tendon health.

Sound Healing with Jake

04:00pm to 05:00pm

Join the magical journey of the meditative sound healing session and shower your physical body, aura, emotions, and thoughts with the healing vibrations of different instruments from Crystal bowls to Tibetan bowls, Gongs, rainsticks, and more...

We start the session with energy cleansing by using different sages and then the facilitator guides us through a simple body scan meditation to relax and release the stored stress energies from our body. Finally, we indulge ourselves with various healing vibrations of different sound instruments to have an exceptional healing journey.

Forgiveness Meditation with Jake

05:30pm to 6:30pm

“Inner forgiveness is therapeutic. If you don’t forgive you cannot be internally healed. Forgiving heals the soul.”

We have high expectations of ourselves, we were unconsciously programmed that there is no place for failure. As a result, we often choose to be harsh on ourselves rather than embrace our mistakes. The stress and anger energy accumulate with time in our chakras and aura leading to energetic and psychological congestion. The only way is to forgive, let go and increase our good self-esteem 


Tibetan Singing Bowls with Prem

07:00pm to 08:00pm

Singing bowls (also known as 'Himalayan bowls' or Suzu gongs in Japan) are a kind of bells, specifically classified as standing bells that sit with the bottom surface resting. The sides and rim of singing bowls vibrate to produce a sound that can be used for spiritual traditions, meditation, relaxation, religious practice, and personal well-being.

Come, relax, close your eyes, and drift into a state of calm. Make sure to wear comfortable clothes. As your chakras re-align, breathe peace and enter a profound state of physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

 

Important Notice:

  • All classes will be donation-based on a first-booked first admitted basis.

  • If you booked and find out you won’t be able to make it, kindly contact us to make the spot available for someone else.

  • You do not need to bring your yoga mat (unless you want to). We got the mats, the cushions, and the towels.

  • All classes will have waiting lists. You must arrive no later than 10 minutes before the start time, otherwise, you will miss the slot as we will open the door for waiting lists 5 minutes sharp before the class starts time on a first booked-serve-admitted basis.

  • All classes are donation based for a cause we will announce at end of the year as we always do, so your contribution is highly encouraged and appreciated as an act of nonlinear reciprocity.
