Can a child have a mature relationship? Or a career? Or to manage her/his life?

This is happening with us all every day to some degree or another.

So, you can see now why your relationships fall apart, why you feel so anxious, afraid, lonely insecure, inferior, small, lost.

You become aware of the inner child, you learn to take it seriously and communicate with the little girl/ boy within.

You start to listen to the feelings, the needs, the sadness, disappointments, traumas of your inner child.

You learn how to embrace your inner child, how to become a good parent, how to communicate, nurture, love, protect, set limits and structure, discipline in your new relationship with your inner child.

This is an experiential workshop, a workshop where you allow yourself to feel, see, hear, experience with your body, with your whole being, what is there deep, in your unconscious, you allow yourself to become aware and bring everything out into the conscious mind.
