What to expect :
3-hour painting and meditation event with professional guidance (beginners friendly)
Personalized table with all painting materials provided ( aprons, 40x50 cm cotton primed canvas, acrylic paints, brushes, palettes, instructions & lots of fun!)
Start with a guided meditation to open your hearts, clear your aura and come to the present moment (30-40 min)
The journey of your strokes on the canvas begins on the tunes of a live hand pan performance (30 min)
You sail into the depth of your expression paired with a delicious mix of plant-based nourishing plates, bowls, dips, and desserts and unlimited freshly brewed filter coffee and herbal teas. (120 min)
