Disordered Eating, Attachment Styles & Human Design Deconditioning: A Unique Workshop

  • SEVA Wellbeing SEVA Experience Dubai United Arab Emirates (map)

A heart-centered workshop exploring how eating patterns reflect emotional and attachment patterns. This session supports participants in understanding the deeper reasons behind cravings and habits, creating space for grounded choice and nervous system balance.

In this workshop, we explore:

  • How attachment styles show up in eating patterns:

Avoidant: restriction, fasting, emotional numbing

Anxious: sugar, emotional flooding, compulsive eating

Disorganized: cycles of self-abandonment

  • The connection between trauma, emotional patterns, and appetite

  • How Human Design centers (Spleen, Ego, Emotional, G Center) influence food behavior

  • How the nervous system, cravings, and gut health interact with emotional regulation

  • The path from coping to healing to embodiment, using food as a tool for awareness rather than escape
