Within Maya cosmology, the cocoa spirit is the Sacred over the sacred. Working with cocoa allows you to cultivate awareness on an emotional and spiritual level, releasing what no longer serves you, processing the energy that may be stuck leading to a deep transformation or guiding you in the direction you need to take.
Within the ceremony you will take a dose of cocoa prepared with Organic cocoa paste, spices and honey; in a deliberate preparation for the process of each.
A cocoa ceremony is a subtle way of working with consciousness, you decide how much to take, and how far to go in your process within each session. The practice of opening the heart with the help of cocoa, leads us to loosen the armour that we are building in the body and transform the masks that we use on a daily basis, leading us to harmonize with others and our environment, reinforcing that connection with nature and beyond.
Cocoa helps us to see more clearly, with an open heart, the relationship we have with ourselves and with others and opens a door towards reconciliation in the present moment, an opportunity to inhabit the body, relax the mind, take our power. and connect with what is not seen but we can feel.
This ceremony will be directed by Nacho, a medicine man from South America who will be sharing with us the wisdom of his teachers.
Some important points to consider:
Cocoa contains a compound called theobromine, a natural stimulant that can lead to increased mental focus and creativity. This compound leads to the production of beta-endorphins that give a feeling of pleasure and well-being.
It is a diuretic, like coffee and tea, so it is important to hydrate before and after consuming cocoa.
If you take antidepressants or have problems with blood pressure, consult your doctor, you can always take a smaller dose and try.
Pregnant women and children, consulting with their doctor, can take reduced doses, always listening to what the body dictates.

About Nacho
Nacho is a healer who lives in the heart of the Andes, in southern Chile. His path and spiritual development comes from the earth, his roots and deepest knowledge are found in the shamanism and indigenous cosmology of of the North and South.
It is in the Amazon jungle where more than 12 years ago Nacho met his teachers. Casimiro Mamallacta, Yachak from the Kichwa people of the Amazon region of Ecuador. And his current teacher Sina from the Shipibo-Konibo people on the banks of the Ucayali River, the Amazon jungle of Peru.
It is here, in the heart of the jungle, where Nacho has plunged into a deep personal journey through long periods of retreat, knowledge and learning of plants, energies and vibrations, and all that ancestral wisdom that comes from the roots of the ancestral shamanic lineage of his teachers.
