SEVA in Syros: Wild, Held

3 – 9 July (6 nights, 7 days)

A small group.
Held with care at the edge of expression.

Syros is not a backdrop. It is the medium.

A 6 night stay across private waterfront villas on Syros Island, Greece.
Movement, sea, shared tables, and space to settle into a different rhythm and the edge of expression.

If you’ve known islands long enough, you know most people don’t arrive.

They pass through.

Touch the water.

Borrow the light.

Leave unchanged.

This is not that kind of week.

This July, SEVA settles in Syros,

not passing through,

but staying long enough

for something quieter to happen.

Heat on skin.

Salt in the air.

Time loosening its grip.

The island does not react.

It invites.

And in that invitation,

things begin to shift.

Prologue

What This Is

A 6 night stay across a private collection of high end waterfront villas, set between open land, deep sea, and blue sky.

Designed and held by those who built SEVA from the ground up, this is an extension of a living practice.

Each day moves between three anchors: movement, shared experience, and space.

Mornings begin in the body.

Afternoons open into the island.

Evenings settle through sound, conversation, and stillness.

A small group, carefully held.

Maximum 16 participants.

The Island

Syros is a prestigious Greek Island, in the Cyclades, with amazing natural charm, beautiful beaches, high-quality dining options, with great sea views over the Aegean.

A striking beauty of grand architectural charm with a history going back to 5,000 years, the home of great philosophers, warriors and artists, Syros is today known as the capital of the Aegean Sea.

Located 78 nautical miles from Athens. Known as the "grand dame of the Cyclades," it blends authentic Greek life with neoclassical architecture, particularly in its main town, Ermoupoli, and is renowned for a mix of Orthodox and Catholic traditions, rich culture, and year-round activity.

Your Hosts

Held by Shadi, Sarah, and Sabatino, the people who built and carry the work at SEVA.

Shadi, co founder of SEVA, leads the movement and sound work across the week. Drawing from years of experience in bodywork and yoga, his sessions support physical reset, nervous system balance, and clarity in the body. He sets the daily rhythm through morning practices and evening sound journeys, creating a steady anchor for the week.

Sarah works with the inner landscape. Her work in Human Design, relational dynamics, and emotional clarity brings language to what begins to surface. With roots connected to the region, she carries a natural sensitivity to both land and people, reading the group with depth and precision.

Sabatino, General Manager of SEVA, runs the structure. He carries the operational flow of the retreat, ensuring that every movement across the island, every transition, and every detail is quietly taken care of. His role is to maintain stability without intrusion, allowing the experience to move with clarity.

Present throughout the week, they co host the experience, keeping a balance between guidance and openness, where the environment and the group move beyond what is expected.

The Experience

Each day carries a direction: Arrival. Opening. Embodiment. Expansion. Depth. Integration. Closing.

As a gradual shift across the week.

The program includes daily movement and Kundalini yoga, sound journeys, Human Design sessions, time at sea, island exploration, and shared meals.

Each element is placed to support rhythm.

Not to fill time, but to shift it.

Selected Moments

Morning movement: The body sets the pace before the day begins.

Time at sea: Distance from land changes the rhythm.

Winery day: A slower table, longer conversations.

Evening sound: The day settles without needing to be explained.

Open time: Unstructured hours where things begin to move.

The Stay

The experience unfolds across a collection of private villas on Syros, each designed for stillness, privacy, and ease. Every room has its own ensuite bathroom, and each villa offers a private pool.

This is not shared living in the conventional sense, but a carefully held environment where privacy and presence coexist.

The space is designed to allow both connection and retreat.

You step into shared moments when you choose, and return to yourself when needed.

Accommodation is offered in single occupancy or shared double rooms.

Private villa booking is available for full seclusion.
