The body often speaks long before we find the words. Shadi’s work approaches the body as a reflection of how we adapt to life over time.
Through touch, movement, breath, and acupressure based contact, sessions explore the relationship between tension, emotional holding, stress patterns, and the nervous system’s way of organizing itself through experience. The intention is not to force change, but to create the conditions for the body to soften habitual patterns and recover greater ease, mobility, clarity, and responsiveness.
Each session unfolds differently.
Some people experience deep rest. Others gain insight into long standing patterns they were unaware of carrying. Often, what emerges is a greater sense of connection to oneself and a renewed capacity to meet life with balance and resilience.
What Happens in a Session
Every session begins with observation.
The body communicates through posture, breathing, movement, areas of tension, and subtle patterns that often go unnoticed in daily life. Rather than following a fixed protocol, the work responds to what is present in the moment.
Sessions may include acupressure, bodywork techniques, assisted movement, stretching, breath awareness, and verbal communication when appropriate. The approach is always adapted to the individual rather than applied as a formula.

Shadi is SEVA co-founder, Kundalini Yoga teacher, and a bodywork therapist of Nir Levi Method.
His path brings together years of therapeutic practice, traditional Eastern bodywork systems, movement disciplines, and a long standing interest in the relationship between the body, behavior, and human experience.
Known for his calm presence and attentive approach, Shadi’s sessions offer a supported space where people can step out of habitual pressure, reconnect with themselves, and experience what becomes possible when the body no longer has to carry everything alone.
