Refund and  Cancellations of Classes, Private Treatments, Workshops, and Training Courses at SEVA Wellbeing Meditation L.L.C.

Classes

  • early cancellations (up to 12 hours before the start of class). You can cancel class bookings up to 12 hours in advance only online. A reception will not be able to process any cancellations.

  • late cancellations (within12 hours of the start of class). We understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable – but canceling late or not attending at all often stops other students from booking places in that class. If you cancel a class booking within 12 hours of the class start time, the class will not be credited back to your pass or refunded.

  • We require that you sign into class a minimum of 5 minutes prior to the class start time. If you have not signed in by this time your space will be opened up to others on the waiting list. If you arrive 10 minutes after the class has started (or for meditation classes, any time after the class start time), you will not be able to attend the class and this will be treated as a late cancellation.

  • Please always check in at the front desk before your class, otherwise, we will charge you as a no-show.

Treatments + Private Sessions

  • We operate a strict 48-hour cancellation policy on behalf of the therapists. For cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or if you do not turn up for your appointment, you will be charged the full appointment fee in these circumstances. The details shown on the SEVA Experience email booking confirmation + appointment reminder is the date and time for which you will be charged if you miss your appointment or cancel less than 48 hours prior to the booked appointment.

  • We do not offer a by default refund to payment method for services booked in case there is no reason for the cancelation from our end, Rather, we offer account credit subject to management approval under reasonable conditions only. Approved refunds are processed as account credits to be used at the shop or the center once approved. In case of cancellation of a purchased service from our end, refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Workshops + Courses

  • A full refund (minus 10% admin fees) will be given if you cannot attend and if you let SEVA WELLBEING MEDITATION know at least:

    • 60 (sixty ) days prior to the start of a course training program, or

    • 14 (fourteen) days prior to the start of a workshop.

  • There will be a 50% retention fee if you cancel:

    • between 60 (sixty) and 30 (thirty) days prior to the start of a course or Training program, or

    • between 14 (fourteen) and 7 (seven) days prior to the start of any workshop.

  • For any cancellations after the periods set out above no refunds will be given.

  • Unforeseen circumstances: SEVA WELLBEING MEDITATION fully intends to deliver the training programs as advertised. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances or factors outside the organizers’ control, such as but not limited to factors affecting the availability of tutor or venue, SEVA WELLBEING MEDITATION reserves the right to alter by providing a reasonably close alternative-  the venue, dates, content, tutors or format of the course while using best endeavors to maintain the intended material and style as far as possible. No refunds will be given under any such circumstances.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, in view of the COVID-19 or similar ensuing pandemic, SEVA WELLBEING MEDITATION reserves the right to – without notice – transfer any in-person course online and the provision of the course content online shall be considered to be an effective discharge of the obligations of SEVA WELLBEING MEDITATION under these terms. No refunds shall be given should SEVA WELLBEING MEDITATION transfer any in-person courses online.

  • Force majeure: SEVA WELLBEING MEDITATION shall not be in breach of this Agreement nor liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations under this Agreement if such delay or failure result from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, quarantine, restriction of international travel, terrorist attacks, war, fire, explosion or accident, interruption or failure of utility service.

  • In such circumstances SEVA WELLBEING MEDITATION shall use its reasonable endeavours to alternatives to a Course as is possible in the circumstances, however if this is not possible SEVA WELLBEING MEDITATION shall not be obliged to make any refunds and shall not be liable for any ancillary losses that the students may incur as a result of the course cancellation.

  • If a course or workshop is cancelled you will be offered either a cash, or account credit refund or the option of being transferred to an alternative event. Once you have committed to a course or workshop, we recommend that you attend the scheduled number of sessions to get the most out of the programme.

  • We reserve the right to cancel a workshop for any reason. Whilst we would only do this in exceptional circumstances that mean we are unable to offer the workshop as advertised, or if there are insufficient numbers booked onto the workshop to make it viable for the teacher taking the workshop. Should this happen, we will notify you as soon as we have knowledge of the cancellation and will refund you the full amount you have paid us in respect of the workshop. We will not be responsible for any additional expenses which you may have incurred in respect of the workshop, including travel, accommodation or exchange rate losses

  • LATE SHOW POLICY: Unfortunately we do not let people in once the door is closed. Please arrive early for your class.

  • WORKSHOP GUESTS: If you purchase multiple tickets for guests other than yourself, you must call or email us to actually register them into the workshop, otherwise we cannot guarantee there will be a spot available. Workshops are often filled to capacity, so you must have a spot reserved for all individuals participating. (Users registering on the desktop can do this during the payment process.)
