Morning Awakening, 8 AM - 9 AM every day

You've probably heard of mindfulness before, but what is it exactly? Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to the present moment without judgment. That means being aware of your thoughts, feelings, and sensations without getting caught up in them. It sounds simple, but it's actually quite difficult to do!

That's why mindfulness is a practice, something that you have to work on every day. But don't worry, it gets easier with time. And the benefits are more than worth the effort. Mindfulness has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and even boost immunity. Plus, it can help you be more present in your relationships and make better decisions.

You'll get an opportunity for some alone time each day where we can focus on your needs specifically, creating continuity of Mindfulness from One Day Into The Next.

Evening Relaxation and Realization, 6:30 PM - 8 PM every day

Every day, we go through the motions of our lives without really taking the time to reflect on who we are and what we want out of life. We get so caught up in the hustle and bustle of everyday life that we forget to take a step back and breathe. But what if there was a way to hit the reset button and start fresh? That's exactly what transformation is all about.

Transformation is not an easy task. It takes time, patience, and most importantly - wisdom to fully understand what it means when you say "I'm transformed." But that's exactly why we are here! This Daily Life Retreat will help us gain a deeper understanding of our lives through meditation & reflection led by Free, who has been there himself, so he knows firsthand just how transformational these retreats can be for one’s personal growth.

All events are donation-based.

About Jeff “Free” Oliver

“Free” was a Buddhist monk from 1993-2002. He is an international Mindfulness meditation teacher, speaker, intensive retreat facilitator, author, spiritual advisor and founder of Freestyle Vipassana. Jeff shares the principles and virtues of Unconditional Love, Forgiveness, Karma, Compassion, Wisdom and Harmony. His motto is;
